Terms of Service

Level X Poker provides poker education, software tools, content, community features, and operational systems. Current or planned features may include:

• Poker calculators, hand history converters, hand databases, replayers, reports, filters, ranges, player notes, population tools, and study utilities.
• Bankroll, session, staking, swaps, piece-selling, finance, document, receipt, budget, trip, tax-estimation, scheduler, and planning workflows.
• Courses, lessons, quizzes, drills, trainer sessions, assessments, recommendations, progress tracking, achievements, certificates, and study plans.
• Forums, comments, votes, saved posts, shared hands, profiles, follows, friends, direct messages, watch parties, and other community features.
• Live streams, VODs, watch history, watchlists, stream chat, polls, predictions, call queue entries, hand overlays, archives, creator pages, and related media features.
• Subscriptions, checkout, shop, order management, support tickets, live chat, feedback tools, documentation, status pages, analytics dashboards, and administrative systems.

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, one-time purchases, coaching products, digital products, physical products, or other paid offerings. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe.

• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the displayed price and billing interval until canceled.
• You are responsible for taxes, fees, currency conversion, payment method validity, and keeping billing information current.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through account settings, the billing portal, or support where available.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not immediately end access.
• After cancellation, subscription access continues until the end of the then-current paid billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.
• Plan upgrades may be prorated and charged immediately. Plan downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal unless the checkout flow or billing portal states otherwise.
• Because free trials or other free access periods may be offered before paid access, paid fees are generally non-refundable unless a specific offer states otherwise, applicable law requires otherwise, or we determine that a refund or adjustment is appropriate for a billing error, duplicate charge, verified access failure, fraud issue, or similar payment problem.
• Access may be downgraded, suspended, or terminated for failed payments, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Physical product shipping, taxes, variants, inventory, and order details may vary by product and checkout flow.

You agree to use forums, comments, messages, profiles, streams, chats, support channels, feedback forms, and other community features responsibly. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, impersonate, exploit, dox, or target other users, staff, creators, students, players, or third parties.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, spammy, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Use the Services to coordinate cheating, collusion, fraud, account sharing, botting, real-money wagering, illegal gambling, or violation of poker site rules.
• Manipulate votes, XP, achievements, leaderboards, reviews, recommendations, polls, chat, analytics, subscriptions, referrals, or support systems.
• Evade blocks, bans, rate limits, permissions, feature gates, or moderation decisions.

Live streams, VODs, clips, watch parties, chat, polls, predictions, hand overlays, call queues, and related media features are provided for education, entertainment, and community use. Availability, schedules, archives, playback, delays, and quality are not guaranteed.

• You may not record, restream, redistribute, scrape, or commercially use Level X Poker media unless expressly permitted.
• Chat, poll, prediction, call queue, and overlay interactions may be visible to other users, creators, moderators, or staff.
• We may delay, remove, edit, archive, disable, or restrict live and recorded content for legal, safety, rights, moderation, or operational reasons.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, rename, replace, or remove any feature, plan, tool, integration, content, or service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all browsers or devices, preservation of all data, or continued access to any particular feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level X Poker LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, poker losses, financial losses, business interruption, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
