Level X Poker LLC ("Level X Poker," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you use levelxpoker.com, forwarded or related domains such as lvlxpoker.com, Level X Poker applications, tools, communities, support services, media, and related services (the "Services").
This policy covers the current Level X Poker platform, including accounts, poker tools, hand history features, bankroll and finance workflows, courses, training, forums, messages, live and recorded media, support systems, subscriptions, shop features, analytics, and administrative services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly through the Services. Depending on how you use Level X Poker, this may include:
- Account information such as name, username, email address, password credentials, avatar, cover photo, bio, timezone, profile visibility, preferences, and security settings.
- Authentication information, including password hashes, password reset activity, linked Google or Discord account identifiers, session metadata, two-factor authentication status, and login history.
- Profile, social, community, and communication content, including forum posts, comments, votes, saved posts, follows, friend requests, direct messages, blocks, reports, stream chat messages, watch party messages, and support conversations.
- Poker study content, including hand histories, uploaded hand batches, converted hands, recorded hands, shared hands, hand tags, player notes, observations, reports, filters, ranges, drill answers, quiz answers, training progress, study schedules, and certificates.
- Bankroll, finance, and planning records, including sessions, buy-ins, cash-outs, stakes, results, locations or venue names, bankroll accounts, transactions, expenses, receipts, trips, budgets, goals, tax settings, assets, liabilities, staking, swaps, piece sales, and uploaded finance documents.
- Subscription, checkout, shop, and order information, including email, order items, variants, totals, billing or shipping details you provide, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and payment status. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.
- Support and feedback information, including tickets, live chat messages, inbound emails, attachments, screenshots, selected page elements, browser context, console logs, network logs, and diagnostic details submitted through feedback tools.
- Course, content, watch, and media information, including enrollments, reviews, comments, watch progress, watch history, watchlists, bookmarks, live stream interactions, polls, call queue entries, predictions, and creator follows.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical, security, and usage data needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the platform. This may include:
- IP address, IP-derived region or approximate location, device type, browser, operating system, user agent, referrer, page URL, route, timestamps, session identifiers, request metadata, and error logs.
- Authentication and security events such as successful and failed logins, device information, session creation, staff/support access logs, API key usage, webhook deliveries, and support audit logs.
- Analytics events such as page views, surface views, feature usage, checkout and signup events, tool usage events, performance metrics, frontend errors, API errors, GrowthBook feature flag evaluations, and experiment exposure records.
- Cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar identifiers used for authentication, preferences, analytics sessions, anonymous analytics IDs, device IDs, feature flags, and consent state.
- Precise geolocation only when you grant permission through your browser or device. You can deny or revoke that permission through your browser or device settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party services that you use with Level X Poker or that help us operate the Services. Examples include:
- Stripe for checkout, subscription, customer, payment status, invoice, and billing portal events.
- Google and Discord if you choose to sign in with or link those accounts.
- Email providers such as Resend or AWS SES for delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, inbound support email, and related email metadata.
- AWS services used for hosting, storage, video, and infrastructure logs, including S3 uploads and IVS/live video workflows.
- First-party analytics infrastructure, including ClickHouse, GrowthBook, and Superset, used to process product analytics, experiments, and dashboards.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. More specifically, we use information to:
- Create and manage accounts, sessions, authentication, subscriptions, billing, support, preferences, and security controls.
- Provide poker tools, hand history parsing, hand databases, replayers, notes, reports, bankroll tracking, finance workflows, study planning, drills, courses, assessments, recommendations, achievements, and certificates.
- Operate forums, profiles, messages, friends, follows, moderation, reports, support tickets, live chat, status pages, docs, and community features.
- Operate watch, live stream, VOD, watch party, chat, poll, hand overlay, prediction, bookmark, watchlist, and creator-follow features.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, checkout sessions, billing portal requests, orders, refunds or adjustments where supported, and fraud or abuse checks.
- Monitor reliability, detect bugs, measure performance, understand feature usage, run experiments, evaluate GrowthBook flags, generate internal dashboards, and improve the product experience.
- Send service messages, account notices, security alerts, support replies, product updates, course reminders, achievement emails, digests, marketing emails where enabled, and other communications based on your preferences.
- Protect the Services, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and preserve business records.
6. Location Information
Some bankroll, finance, schedule, session, and analytics workflows may involve location information. This can include user-entered venue names, poker site names, city or region fields, trip locations, and IP-derived approximate location.
Precise browser geolocation is only collected if the browser or device asks for permission and you grant it. You can deny the prompt or revoke access later through browser or device settings. If precise location is denied, location-aware features may be limited.
7. Public, Community, and Shared Content
Some features are designed to share information with other users or the public. You are responsible for the information you choose to post, submit, or share.
- Forum posts, comments, votes, saved or shared hand discussions, public profiles, profile images, creator pages, leaderboards, achievements, stream chat, watch party interactions, and public/shared links may be visible to others depending on feature settings.
- Direct messages, support tickets, private notes, private bankroll data, finance records, and account security settings are not intended to be public, but authorized staff or service providers may access them when needed to operate, support, secure, or enforce the Services.
- Shared hand links, session share links, reports, or exported files may be accessible to anyone who receives the link or file, depending on the feature.
8. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, or product purposes. Examples include:
- Service providers that help with hosting, databases, storage, analytics infrastructure, email delivery, payments, live video, monitoring, support systems, and security.
- Payment processors such as Stripe for checkout, subscription, fraud prevention, invoices, billing portals, and payment status.
- Authentication providers such as Google or Discord when you choose to use or link those services.
- Other users or the public when you post, share, comment, chat, vote, follow, publish, join public features, or otherwise choose to make information visible.
- Staff, contractors, and administrators with a need to access information for support, security, operations, analytics, product development, moderation, billing, or compliance.
- Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
9. Data We Try Not To Collect
Please do not submit information that is not needed for the Services. In particular, do not intentionally submit passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, or highly sensitive third-party personal information through forums, hand histories, notes, support messages, feedback screenshots, or uploaded files unless a specific feature explicitly requests it.
Finance document and receipt uploads may contain sensitive information. Only upload documents you are comfortable storing in Level X Poker systems.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, hashed passwords, session management, security logging, and role-based support/admin access where implemented. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices.
11. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, support subscriptions and orders, preserve user content, operate analytics and security systems, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against abuse.
- Account, subscription, order, support, security, and tax or billing records may be retained for business, legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
- User-created content may remain available until deleted by you, removed by us, or deleted as part of account deletion, subject to backups, moderation records, legal requirements, and shared/public copies.
- Analytics data may be retained in raw, aggregated, or de-identified form for product measurement, reporting, experimentation, security, and operational history.
- Backups, logs, support records, audit records, and abuse-prevention records may persist for a limited period after account deletion.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or appeal certain processing of your personal information. You can also manage many settings directly in your account.
- You can update profile, security, privacy, notification, email, community, message, watch, tool, and legal consent preferences in account settings where available.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails through email controls or account preferences.
- You can deny or revoke precise geolocation through browser or device settings.
- You can request account deletion through the account danger zone where available or by contacting privacy@lvlxpoker.com.
- We may need to retain certain information for legal, billing, security, anti-abuse, backup, dispute, or legitimate business purposes.
13. Children and Age Restrictions
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. International Users
Level X Poker LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
