Definition

Measures how often a player 3-bets from the big blind facing a raiser from the button preflop.

The larger forced blind posted before cards are dealt, and the position that posts it.

A forced bet posted before seeing cards.

The dealer position, normally the strongest position because it acts last after the flop.

The betting round before the flop is dealt.
